International Humanitarian Law (IHL) is a set of rules that protects people affected by armed conflict and limits the methods of warfare for humanitarian purposes. Through this Infographic Competition, the Malaysian Red Crescent Society aims to raise awareness of IHL among junior, cadet, and VAD youth members in a creative and engaging way, while encouraging participants to share humanitarian values and important messages through digital media and visual storytelling.
