Description

A free community health outreach programme featuring a health talk on "Aging Gracefully: Strong Bones & Strong Blood Vessels" was organised by the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) Miri Branch to promote healthy ageing and increase public awareness on bone and cardiovascular health. The session was open to the public and conducted by an invited speaker from the Dr Rath Health Foundation (SEA), with certificates of participation and CPD points available for eligible participants.
