eVCA Objectives To identify the vulnerabilities, risks, and needs faced by the local community. To assess the existing capacities, resources, and strengths within the community in disaster preparedness and response. To enhance community awareness and participation in disaster risk reduction and resilience-building activities. To collect accurate community data for future humanitarian planning and community development programmes. To strengthen collaboration between the community, local leaders, and the Malaysian Red Crescent Society in building safer and more resilient communities. To support evidence-based planning for community health, safety, and disaster management initiatives. To empower volunteers and community members through participatory assessment and engagement activities.
